Our Story

Our family has been farming rare breeds for many years. We are passionate about sustainable and regenerative farming. We believe that this is achievable by farming livestock which can thrive in the British weather all year round, grazing on the available forage.   Not relying on animal grain, usually produced overseas at the cost of the natural habitat there. The animals which can do this are our native breeds. These have become rare over the years due to the intensification of modern farming. 
However due to their precious abilities and need for sustainable farming we hope they may become common place once more.
